As many of you know, we both attended Rutgers University, but we never met each other while at school. The timing was not right, fate knew we were meant to meet later in life. Then, in 2019 - we were both visiting a mutual friend from Rutgers in Los Angeles, and that is where and when we met. We instantly connected on the fact that we both lived in San Francisco. Upon returning to SF, that is when our relationship started to blossom.

We both quickly realized how compatible we are. We're both hard working, driven, independent, family oriented, love to travel, and love to eat. Oh, and we both love to party.

Through COVID, we grew stronger. It lead to first moving in together in early 2021. Through many trips, meeting friends, meeting family - we grew a combined friend group in both SF and New Jersey - many of whom we can't wait to celebrate getting married with!

In 2023, a big year happened. We decided to pack up and move out of our apartment in SF, put our stuff in storage, and travel for 3 months. However, little did Liz know - Darren was going to propose on his birthday right before the trip! 💍 And days later, we took off. We went to Mexico City, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, and back to the US. "Digital Nomads" they say.

Upon returning, we did the strangest thing - we bought a home! We now live in a beautiful home in Roseville, California. And are settling in to our new lives.

2024 is a huge year to look forward to. Many weddings, many celebrations, and time for us to surround ourselves with more love, fun, and travel. On December 7th, 2024, we get to celebrate our own wedding, with the people that mean the absolute most to us. WE CAN'T WAIT!
